   Can I Really Learn NLP in Just 5 Days?

Our training is designed to help you master this material at both the conscious and unconscious levels, so you can actually use it as well as know it intellectually.

  We are very proud to offer one of the shortest and most cost effective NLP Practitioner courses in the country. Many people ask me if it is really possible to teach an NLP Practitioner syllabus in 5 days. Well I can guarantee to you that yes it can! In fact we have had very favourable comparisons from trainees to other longer training courses. We even teach more in less time!

  We do this in 4 ways:

1. We have removed the bias that many training courses place on their NLP training, whether that be business, personal development, therapy etc. and give you the raw essence, the building blocks of NLP that you can utilise in any way you wish.

There are many misconceptions surrounding what makes a quality training course:

  Misconception Number 1: The longer the course the better the course

Some NLP training course can go on for weeks unnecessarily due to the limiting belief of the trainers that it HAS to take a long time to learn. Some training organisations judge the success of their training on how long it takes.

  There is a common misconception that a LONG training = a GOOD training.

 This is complete nonsense. The quality of the training has NOTHING to do with how long it is. I have heard that an NLP Practitioner training HAS to take 120hrs, like that is a of judge of the quality of the course. If it takes just five minutes less does that mean it is not a good course? If you go over by 1 minute are you in danger of over saturating the delegates with too much information?!

  Just think about it now. Think how silly that really is to put a time limit on your learning.

  I have seen training organisations charge you thousands of pounds. I saw one course that was teaching NLP and charging in excess of £3000! What added value do you think you get from paying that much?

  Do you really think the cost a course is a good indicator of the quality of the course? Without meaning to sound blunt, these organisations that charge thousands of pounds are just ripping you off and using your common misconception to get rich!!

  Misconception Number 3: The more delegates the better the course!

  Most training courses available today have large numbers of participants. While initially this seems impressive, the result of this means that there is a lack of personalised attention to each individual.

  

What makes our courses different?

  

Many courses today are run by organisations that are far removed from the original creators whose genius inspired NLP. While some of them are no doubt good at what they do, in order to truly know what NLP is about, one must be taught NLP as it was created.

 Most importantly, many training courses today in NLP as if it just a bunch of techniques. This loses the true and genuine essence of what NLP is all about. In reality, NLP is fundamentally an attitude. It's only by experiencing this attitude and using it as a learning base for the methodology and techniques of NLP that people really understand what NLP is all about.

It is then that they gain what NLP was created for: to give people  freedom.

We realised that in bringing NLP to the midlands, we must teach and convey this attitude. We must teach NLP how it's meant to be taught so that our participants learn, really learn how to train their brain to achieve their aims. All of our trainers have trained extensively with the co-creator himself, Dr Bandler which ensures that our training comes from close to the source as you could get. All attendees who complete our training will be licensed and certified by Dr Bandler as Practitioners of NLP

We decided it was time that we designed NLP trainings with less people and more in-depth, personal attention to ensure all the participants gain as much value as possible from the course. We have totally re-engineered our trainings so we can teach large amounts very successfully in a short space of time.

The outcome for the course is that ALL of the people we licence we would feel 100% confident to refer anyone to these people.

Over the years I have met many “graduates” of these longer and supposedly better courses, and I would have trusted NONE of them with a client of mine! They can talk good NLP but put them in front of a real live human being and they have no idea what to do! I once had a conversation with someone who had attended a longer training and was a Master Practitioner of NLP, sure they could TALK about it and define all the terms, but when I actually asked them to demonstrate a technique they responded “ OH, I am not sure I could do that…”!!

  Don’t you think that was a total waste of training for them? No matter how long it was? Does that really fill you with confidence?

Sub-Modalities, Strategies and Modelling

Modelling is the thread which draws all the other elements together. In the course we apply behavioural modelling to (1) discover how and why a person does something (2) to assist them in enhancing their skill or replace it with a more effective one and (3) to develop a 'model' with which to pass the skill on to others. Recognise and elicit others' strategies, facilitate new strategy acquisition, and model key patterns. Such as how people decide, motivate, convince or reassure themselves. The ability to use strategies is a key element in behavioural modelling.

Learn to use and recognise tonal, visual and spatial anchors in the main representational systems.

Time lines

Explore the main submodality configurations, use them seamlessly using spatial anchoring, and integrate Time Line work with other NLP methods.

Creating and Chaining States
